Rolling sound of bearings: A depth gauge is used to check the size and sound quality of the rolling sound of bearings during operation. Even if there are very slight scratches on the bearings, they will make abnormal and irregular sounds. The detector can effectively solve this problem. If the lubrication and installation parts are appropriate, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and the temperature will rise abnormally. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary preventive measures must be taken. Based on a large amount of experimental data, Table 4-1 lists the average temperature of the outer ring of the bearing during operation in various machinery for reference. Due to the influence of lubrication, speed, load, and environment on temperature, the median values in the table only represent approximate temperature ranges.
Bearing vibration: The damage or reaction of bearing vibration to bearings is relatively obvious, such as indentation, rust, cracks, peeling, wear, and other common problems can be clearly felt during testing. Therefore, the size of vibration can be measured by using a special vibration measurement device for bearings (frequency analyzer, etc.), and the specific abnormal situation cannot be inferred from the frequency. The measured values vary depending on the usage conditions of the bearings or the installation position of the sensors, so it is necessary to perform certain operations on the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the final data.
Bearing temperature: Bearing temperature. Some bearing temperatures can be measured, but if oil holes are used to directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing, it would be more appropriate. Usually, the temperature of the bearing slowly rises as the operation begins and stabilizes after a few hours. Due to the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed, and rotation mode of the machine, the normal temperature of the bearings may vary. Thermal sensors can be used to monitor the working temperature of bearings at any time, and can be prepared and alerted before accidents occur.
