4.Cold Bend Test :
D≦60.3mm pipe (except for 42.2 D>60.3 mm pipe shall be done flatten test . Seamless Pipe will be doing NDE test for each pipe in 100% frequency . The test way includes Ultrasonic test, Eddy flaw Detection test, or Magnetic flux leakage test .. These Non-Destructive Test can be replaced with hydro-static test. We have a large quantity of around 20000 tons of line pipe in stock , inclduing the material of API5L/ASTMA106 GR.B , X42, X52, X60 PSL1 , PSL2. 1) Black Painting 2) Hot Dip Galvanized Coatings : Z200 to Z600 3)Anti corrosive coatings : 3LPE/ FBE/ Liquid epoxy coatings.
